Most of these carbonaceous chondrites have some brown/black fusion crust with polygonal fractures. The interior matrices are black with various colored chondrules and show moderate weathering. |
These meteorites are so similar that a single description suffices. The sections exhibit large chondrules (up to 3 mm) and CAIs in a dark matrix. Olivines range from Fa0-36 and low-Ca pyroxene is Fs1-5. The meteorites are unequilibrated carbonaceous chondrites, probably reduced CV3. These are likely paired with the MIL 07590 pairing group previously reported. |
