Macroscopic Description - Kellye Pando | |
Shiny dark brown fusion crust that is very pitted covers 55% of the exterior. The fusion crust on one side of the sample is rough, black and has a frothy texture. Exposed surfaces are covered with orange/brown rust and have some iridescent weathering haloes. Interior matrix is mostly rusted to a dark brown/orange color with dark grey and light grey inclusions that are less than 0.5 mm and metal throughout. | |
