The sample has 95% black fusion crust, with dark red/brown oxidation covering the remaining 5% of the exterior. There is pitting across the surface with an iridescent sheen. The surface has a rough texture with no visible matrix. | |

The section exhibits numerous well-defined chondrules, up to 1.5 mm, in a black matrix of fine-grained silicates, metal and troilite. Weak shock effects are present. Polysynthetically twinned pyroxene is common. The meteorite is heavily weathered. Olivines are unequilibrated and range in composition from Fa14-37 and pyroxene from Fs20Wo1. The meteorite is an L3 chondrite, estimated subtype 3.6. |
