Macroscopic Description - Kellye Pando | |
90% of the rock is covered with a possible fusion crust that is black and smooth with no fractures. There are also large areas of orange/red rust. Interior matrix is light grey with light tan and dark grey inclusions some of which are round and as large as 2.5 mm in size. There are a few dark veins present and orange rust is mostly concentrated near exterior edges. Metal can be seen throughout. | |
